OnePlus has quietly introduced the Turbo 6Vs in China, adding another smartphone to its lineup with a strong focus on battery capacity, display performance and durability. The new device features a massive 9,000mAh battery, a 144Hz AMOLED screen and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor.
With an approximate price of $555, the smartphone targets users looking for extended battery life alongside modern connectivity and performance features. It also supports 80W fast charging and 27W reverse charging, allowing users to recharge the device quickly and power compatible accessories.
Despite its new launch, the OnePlus Turbo 6Vs has familiar hardware. Almost all of its specifications are shared with the OnePlus Turbo 6V, which was introduced in January 2026. This makes the latest model look more like a closely related addition to the existing series than a major hardware upgrade.
The device is expected to attract attention beyond China, as the Turbo 6V could eventually enter international markets under a different name. However, OnePlus has not officially confirmed any global launch plans or announced which markets may receive the smartphone.
The Turbo 6Vs features a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels. Its refresh rate reaches up to 144Hz, offering smoother scrolling, animations and supported gaming experiences.
The display has a typical brightness level of 800 nits and can reach up to 1,800 nits in brighter conditions. These specifications are designed to provide a more comfortable viewing experience across different lighting environments.
OnePlus has also included high-frequency PWM dimming and DC-like dimming support. Both technologies are intended to help reduce screen flickering, particularly when users operate the display at lower brightness levels.
In terms of physical design, the smartphone measures approximately 8.5mm in thickness and weighs around 215 grams. Although its large battery adds to its overall size and weight, the device combines that capacity with a relatively slim profile.
Durability is another major feature of the Turbo 6Vs. It carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings, offering different levels of protection against dust, water immersion and high-pressure water jets under specified testing conditions.
The phone is available in Orange and Nova White colour options. The Orange variant features a brushed finish on its rear panel, giving it a distinctive appearance.
The 9,000mAh battery remains one of the smartphone’s biggest selling points. Combined with 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging, it gives the device a strong power-focused specification package.
For now, the OnePlus Turbo 6Vs has been introduced in China. Its potential international availability remains uncertain, and buyers in markets such as Pakistan will have to wait for an official announcement before expecting a confirmed local release.
