Huawei Watch 6 Series Goes Official With New Health Features

Huawei has expanded its flagship wearable ecosystem with the global launch of the Huawei Watch 6 and Watch 6 Pro.

The new lineup introduces a redesigned lightweight aesthetic alongside significant sensor upgrades for comprehensive daily health monitoring.

The standard Watch 6 comes in 42mm and 46mm sizes, featuring aluminum alloy and stainless steel construction.

Weighing just 38 grams, the 42mm variant stands out as the thinnest and lightest smartwatch Huawei has developed to date.

For the premium tier, the Watch 6 Pro utilizes titanium and nano-tech ceramic cases, paired with extra-bright LTPO OLED sapphire displays.

At the core of the Watch 6 series is the upgraded 12-channel X-TAP sensor, which doubles measurement sensitivity compared to the previous generation.

The device tracks up to 14 health metrics simultaneously, including ECG, blood oxygen, pulse wave arrhythmia, and arterial stiffness.

It also integrates specialized health research tracking for risk indicators related to diabetes, hypertension, and coronary heart disease.

Alongside the flagship series, Huawei debuted the blood-pressure-focused Watch D3, featuring a slimmer profile and an updated 1.92-inch AMOLED display.

The Watch D3 retains medical-grade ambulatory blood pressure monitoring with a quieter internal pump for improved overnight readings.

The company also brought the Watch GT 7 and GT 7 Pro to international markets, offering advanced indoor ski tracking and up to 21 days of battery life.

Rounding out the event, Huawei unveiled the FreeBuds Neo earbuds equipped with 30dB adaptive active noise cancellation and high-resolution spatial audio.
